A local project is among those chosen to receive a state grant to help implement new technology at a farm in Penn Township.
The Four Seasons Dairy Farm will be awarded a grant from the PA Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Innovation Grant Program in the amount of $100,000.
The money will be used for the installation of robot milkers. A total of $10 million has been distributed to 88 projects in 45 counties across the state through this program.
