Police are providing more information on a crash that is now leading to DUI charges for a Parker man.
Police were called to Route 422 and Eagle Mill Road for a four-vehicle crash just before 9:30 p.m. on December 20.
It’s alleged 74-year-old James Haskin ran a red light while under the influence and hit four vehicles. The collision also left one woman injured.
She suffered a broken ankle, tibia, and fibula causing her to need surgery where she is currently recovering.
Police say Haskin was traveling home after having “three or four drinks, and three shots.”
He was charged with a DUI, failure to stop at a red-light signal, and carless driving. Haskin is currently awaiting a preliminary hearing.
