Kids and pets to spend time with jolly old St. Nick around Butler County this weekend.
Cookies with Santa is planned for 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Butler YMCA. Kids of all ages are welcome to wear Christmas PJs to decorate cookies but ages 12 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. The cost is $10 for members and $20 for non-members with registration available on the Butler County Family YMCA website.
Also the Butler YMCA is hosting Paws with Claus from 2 to 4 p.m. Pets can get a picture taken with the big guy in the red suit but all pets must be on a leash and all dogs must have vet vaccinations and a license at the event. The cost per pet is $5 for members and $10 for non-members.
