Free developmental and autism screenings for children are being offered locally by appointment.
Lifesteps is hosting 30 minute screenings for kids up to five years old online or in person at their Stirling Village location.
The organization says the check provides parents with knowledge on their child’s current state of development hearing, talking, seeing, playing, and basic social skills. Lifesteps also guides families to resources when delays are detected.
Monthly screening events could begin again at the end of next month or in September. Those interested should call Lifesteps (724-283-1010).
