Pennsylvania gained a record-level number of tax revenue from gambling this past fiscal year.
The PA Gaming Control Board reported $2.54 billion in tax revenue from gambling.
Gaming revenue overall saw a state record as well at $5.89 billion. That includes all types of gambling including online, sports, and casinos.
This past June, the total gambling revenue was just over $471 million—which is up more than 7 percent compared to June 2023.
