Cranberry Township Community Days celebration rolls on this weekend with a race.
Saturday’s schedule includes the Community Chase 5K Run/Walk at Community Park with registration available the day of the race at 7:30 a.m. The cost is $25 for adults or $15 for kids ages 6 to 15.
The Lions Club Pancake and Sausage Breakfast will be held from 8 to 11 a.m. The day will also include free live music from 1 until 9 p.m. at the Rotary Amphitheater, roaming characters and mascots, balloon artists and a magician from 2 to 4 p.m., with a conclusion of fireworks.
Tonight a Battle of the Badges friendly dodgeball contest between Cranberry EMS and firefighters is planned at the tennis courts for 7 p.m. To learn more about Cranberry Community Days and how proceeds are used, visit the Cranberry Township Community Chest website.
