A free educational presentation about technology for older adults and those with disabilities will take place later this week.
A program on free resources available through the state is planned for Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. at the South Butler Community Library.
Participants will be able to hear from a licensed speech pathologist and Assistive Technology Coordinator of the Community Living and Support Services for Butler County about the PA Link to Aging and Disability Resources and Tech Owl funded by the PA Department of Aging.
Anyone caring for someone with aging or disability needs can receive information about gaining access to tools like tablets, computers, Ipads, hearing devices, and vision devices.
Everyone is welcome and snacks will be provided. Registration by contacting the South Butler Community Library is preferred but not required.
