Contracts from opioid settlement money have been extended until the end of the year by county commissioners.
The Nonprofit Development Corporation, the organization running the Center on Center, contract has been extended until the end of the year.
The Recovery Empower Institute, LLC has also been given an extension until the end of the year, along with an additional $45,000 for a total of $134,550. Also receiving an extension and additional funds is the Butler County Community College Program, Hope is Dope. It will be extended until the end of the year with an additional $35,000 for a total of $135,000.
Finally, the Center for Community Resources, housing coordinator and reintegration apartment contract has been extended as well. An additional $10,000 will go towards for a new contract for the housing coordinator position.
