The Slippery Rock University version of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ is about to return.
The event will be held tonight at 7 p.m. at the Stoner West Dance Studio Theater on the SRU campus.
Seven SRU professors are paired up with student dancers, and have been rehearsing choreographed routines. The winning student will receive a scholarship while the winning faculty member will be named SRU Star Dancer.
General admission tickets for this event are $10 and available through the SRU website. All proceeds benefit the SRU chapter of the National Honors Society for Dance Arts Rising Sophomore Dance Scholarship.
