Fans planning to attend tonight’s Penguin’s game to get a bobblehead of Penguins legend Jaromir Jagr will instead receive a voucher after a cargo theft.
The Penguins announced this morning that the truck delivering the Jagr bobbleheads was stolen in route to Pittsburgh from California. The organization is working with federal and state authorities to find the cargo truck transporting the goods.
Instead fans will receive a voucher with a one-time scannable barcode to pick up the bobblehead at a later date.
The team would not comment further on the incident as it is currently an ongoing investigation.
