Butler County will once again be bringing in additional help to staff the primary election.
Commissioners approved a deal with Specialized Staffing to recruit between 12 to 15 workers to help with Election Day.
Workers will be responsible for opening mail-in ballots and helping with other processing tasks.
Commissioners say the county’s election staff will oversee the entire process.
Workers will be paid $14 per hour.
