A major road way has been shut down after a vehicle accident with an injury this afternoon in Summit Township.
Shortly after noon a call came into the Butler County 911 center for a vehicle crash on route 38 and when crews arrived on scene they discovered one woman who was injured.
The woman needed to be extricated from the vehicle and was taken to the hospital with head, neck, and knee injuries.
Drivers traveling on Route 38 should expect delays as they closed the road from the bottom of Lick Hill.
