A heavy police presence in the City of Butler’s East End resulted in a portion of a downtown street being blocked off Wednesday.
Witnesses say they saw police respond to a home in the 300 block of East Pearl Street after 3 p.m. Wednesday.
Police blocked off between Elm and Franklin Streets for hours, stretching well into the evening.
