PennDOT officials are touting major construction projects that happened in Butler and surrounding counties this past summer.
PennDOT Secretary Mike Carroll spoke in a press conference yesterday in Indiana County where he highlighted the work in the state.
He said that through September, there were 4,357 roadway miles that were worked on, including 515 bridges.
Here in Butler County, PennDOT officials say $7.2 million in projects happened…
- Signal upgrades on Route 356/Route 68 from Campus Lane to Moraine Pointe Plaza in Butler Township.
- The traffic signal and light rehab project on Main Street in Butler.
- Resurfacing five miles of road on Route 228, in between Route 8 and Victory Road.
