Former Butler School Board member Bill Halle will be back in court later today after breaking his bond conditions.
Halle met with his probation officer last week and during the meeting Halle was arrested and placed in the Butler County Prison. According to police, Halle broke a condition on of his bond by meeting with the victim in his criminal case.
Halle is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a girl under the age of 18.
He will have a Bond Modification hearing in front of Judge Timothy McCune at 2 p.m.
