Butler Area School District elementary students and families are invited to attend an upcoming free event at the Butler Area Public Library.
A Back to School Bash is planned for Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the library with assistance from WQED Education.
The day will include free school supplies, books, and refreshments, as well as drumming, touch a bus, therapy dogs, library resources, and special visitors.
Extra parking will be available at the former Butler Middle School.
