A Meadville woman has been charged with stealing just under $3,000 of merchandise from a Butler Walmart.
27-year-old Annellyse Libby of Meadville has been charged with one felony, three misdemeanors, retail theft, and theft by deception.
According to Butler Township police on April 15th, Libby was able to steal close to $3,000 in fraudulent returns.
Police did not detail what items Libby stole.
