The sale of the Grace Youth and Family Foundation building in Butler will be postponed.
The building on Center Avenue was scheduled for sheriff’s sale earlier this month, however Butler County Sheriff Mike Slupe says the attorney group for the bank delayed the sale until September.
Slupe says there was no reason given for the delay.
According to documents, Bill Halle, who was the founder of Grace Youth, has not paid mortgage on the building for the last two years.
The news also comes amid an investigation of Halle into an alleged inappropriate relationship with a teenage girl.
