The longtime president of a local regional bank has died.
Ronald Ashbaugh passed away this past weekend at a Pittsburgh hospital.
Ashbaugh served as the president for Farmers National Bank of Emlenton from 1972 until his retirement in 1996.
In addition to his role as a financial leader, Ashbaurgh was an active member in the Emlenton United Methodist Church and Emlenton Fire Department.
Ashbaugh was 87.
