Students at a local school district are again observing Red Ribbon Week with a variety of theme days.
Red Ribbon Week begins Monday and runs through Friday in the Mars Area School District.
Students at all Mars Area schools will be wearing tie-dyed clothing tomorrow to focus on students not getting tied up with drugs. Other theme days include wearing patriotic colors, mismatched clothing, pajamas, and school colors.
Red Ribbon Week is an annual drug and alcohol prevention awareness campaign sponsored by the National Family Partnership.
