A Kittanning man is facing charges after he allegedly trespassed at a Ford City home earlier this month.
According to State Police, 29-year-old Lawrence Vail allegedly entered a 5th Avenue home without permission just before 7pm on August 15th.
Officials say that Vail is suspected of using the bathroom and was on scene when troopers arrived.
Authorities have filed several charges against Vail including Criminal Trespass and Public Intoxication.
