
Police are providing more information on a crash that sent a couple people to the hospital that happened earlier this week.
It happened Monday afternoon shortly after 4 p.m. at the intersection of Route 8 and Vogel Road.
Butler Township Police say 75-year-old James Tassey of Butler failed to stop for a red light and struck a vehicle making a turn driven by 43-year-old Brandy Huff of Butler.
Both drivers sustained minor injuries and were transported by Butler Ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment.
Both vehicles were disabled as a result of the crash and needed to be towed from the scene.
