More money is moving to emergency shelter services in Butler County.
Officials in the human services department of the county say they’ve seen a higher level of demand for emergency shelter services than what they initially anticipated.
The county approved moving around $62,000 from homelessness prevention into emergency shelter services.
The county says it’s necessary to move the state grant funding around in order to meet those services.
