The parent company of Westinghouse Electric is looking to sell its interest in the organization.
The Post-Gazette reports that Brookfield Business Partners wants to move on from the Cranberry Township based company.
And the reasons are mainly positive. Brookfield bought Westinghouse four years ago whenever the nuclear ion company declared bankruptcy.
Since that time though, Westinghouse has become a profitable organization and Brookfield feels like it has accomplished its intended goal.
