A Pennsylvania lawmaker is hoping to study the impact of moving some state employees to a four-day work week.
Democrat State Representative Chris Rabb said he wanted a cost-benefit analysis of a potential schedule that would shorten the work week.
He says it the level of service to taxpayers still needs to at a level “they both need and deserve.”
Rabb said the pandemic has changed how we think of a work-life balance.
