A Grove City man is facing charges following an incident with police earlier this month.
Shortly after 7 p.m. March 2nd, Grove City Police observed a vehicle driving in the dark with no headlights on.
According to police, driver 74-year-old Frederick Rockey Wilson was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance as well as in possession of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia. Wilson allegedly screamed and yelled at officers as he attempted to resist arrest.
Wilson will be charged with Resisting Arrest, Driving Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, and Disorderly Conduct.
