The new First Responders Memorial Shelter at Alameda Park is getting closer to finished.
Parks and Recreation officials say that the Holly Shelter is currently being taken down in order to make way for the brand new pavilion.
The project has been a joint effort between Butler County and the Butler AM Rotary.
The new pavilion was officially delivered earlier this week, and the county hopes it will be installed by mid-April.
