An Ellwood City man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for witness retaliation.
35-year-old Derick Davare is currently serving a 150-month federal prison sentence and is now facing another indictment after he allegedly threatened someone who gave information to law enforcement.
Davare could face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
The Department of Justice says the Drug Enforcement Administration conducted the investigation.
