It’s been a busy couple of weeks in election related news as the ongoing battle continues over redistricting and the Commonwealth Court finding Act 77 unconstitutional.

Some of the unknowns include whether or not mail-in ballots will be used, and what Congressional maps will look like. Sheasley said they are proceeding under current law until informed otherwise.
But, county commissioners say the ongoing election battle in Harrisburg is complicating things, with Commissioner Leslie Osche describing it as a “sad state of affairs.”
