The Butler VA is moving the location of their COVID vaccine and booster clinic next week.
Previously, the walk-in clinics had been held on a weekly basis at their New Castle Road campus. Beginning Wednesday (1/26) the clinic will shift to the Abie Abraham VA Health Care Center on North Duffy Road.
The clinic will continue to be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. each weekday. No appointment is needed to receive the vaccine.
The VA says the program is open to veterans, their spouses, and caregivers, which means recipients don’t necessarily need to receive VA healthcare benefits to receive a vaccine from the VA.
