Pittsburgh Pirates owner Bob Nutting has reached an agreement to sell Seven Springs Mountain Resort and other skiing properties to a new group.
Vail Resorts was announced as the new owner of the three mountain resorts. According to reports, the sale was for $125 million.
Vail says that all passes will be honored for this season and winter operations will continue as normal.
The Nutting family bought Seven Springs in 2006, and then purchased Hidden Valley in 2013.
