The Calgary Flames defeated the Pittsburgh Penguins 4-0 last night at PPG Paints Arena. The Flames won their fifth consecutive game, while the Pens lost their second straight. 23-year old Calgary goaltender Jacob Mackstrom stopped all 45 shots from the Pens for the shutout. Casey DeSmith stopped 31 of 35 shots in net for the Pens.
The Penguins will host the New Jersey Devils Saturday night at 7pm. Hear the game on WISR beginning at 6:30pm.
