The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is now accepting research funding proposals.
Grant funding is available for topics including nutrient imbalance, farm safety, plant pest control, farmland preservation, dairy as well as market and workforce development and also climate and weather data collection and notification, click here for more information.
The department is also soliciting proposals specific to animal health and animal science through the PA Animal Health and Diagnostic Commission.
The deadline for application submission is Oct. 7. For more information, visit agriculture.pa.gov.
