The public is invited to attend an event this weekend featuring antique powered equipment and harvest time favorites.
The annual Fall Fling Festival will be held October 1st and 2nd from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Portersville show grounds.
Those attending can see apples being squeezed for cider, an operating blacksmith shop, and a working saw mill, plus free train rides for all ages. This is the final event of the 2016 season for the Northwest PA Steam Engine and Old Equipment Association.
Admission is $3 per person with kids 11 and younger free. For more information, visit portersvillesteamshow.org.
