Today is a Fish for Free Day across the State of Pennsylvania and local residents are invited to take advantage of trying a new activity.
This is the second such day this year that the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission is making available so that residents and non-residents can participate in this activity without a license.
All other fishing regulations do still apply though such as certain areas that are strictly managed as “Catch and Release” waterways. Glade Run Lake in Butler County allows for trout to be harvested but no other fish.
