The United Way of Butler County will hold their 6th annual Powerful Connections for Women event this Friday at Slippery Rock University.
Friday’s event will begin at 8 a.m. at the Smith Student Center, and includes breakfast, lunch, a keynote speaker and breakout sessions, along with refreshments and other special gifts. This year’s keynote speaker is author and radio/television host Rose Tennent.
