A man police have been looking for was arrested over the weekend after speeding away from a traffic stop.
Police 25-year-old Maurice Franklin of Tarentum was traveling 30 miles over the speed limit early Saturday on Route 28 northbound in Allegheny County.
Police tried to pull him over but he fled. After a short police chase, Franklin parked, jumped out of his car and ran. Police found him at his home.
He is wanted by Butler City Police for robbery and related charges. His is currently in the Armstrong County Jail awaiting extradition to Butler County.
