Although the in-person portion of Penn State’s 2020 Ag Progress Days exposition was cancelled due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, a portion of the expo kicks off online today.
According to organizers with the College of Agricultural Sciences, educational activities, research tours, and commercial interactions will all be taking place virtually through Wednesday.
At nearly 50 live webinars are planned as well as a virtual Town Hall beginning at 2 p.m. Monday about the effect COVID-19 has had on the state’s agriculture community featuring Secretary of Agriculture Russell Redding. This event is free to attend but registration is required.
