The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is once again extending the expiration dates for driver licenses, permits, and identification cards.
According to PennDOT, expiration dates on driver’s licenses and learner’s permits falling between March 16th and August 31st have been extended through the end of August.
A camera card is considered a drivers license so it is covered by the same rules that apply to licenses including the extension of expiration dates.
The PennDOT driver’s license center at the Point Plaza in Butler is offering limited services. Other transactions and resources can be accessed through PennDOT’s website with no additional fees.
