Physicians with the Butler Health System now have an advanced new tool to help diagnose and provide high level heart rhythm care.
The first procedure was performed in the new BHS Electrophysiology, or EP, Lab last week.
This lab allows the Butler Health System Heart Team to use an extremely low amount of radiation to achieve diagnostic imaging. The lab is also equipped with the latest 3D mapping system and an Intracardiac Echo unit.
BHS began preparations for this new lab nearly one year ago when plans were approved in August of 2019.
