As Beaver County enters the green phase of the governor’s reopening plan, a long-term care facility that was home to one of the worst COVID-19 outbreaks is now facing fines from the federal government.
The head of Medicare and Medicaid Services said yesterday that the Brighton Rehabilitation and Wellness Center has been fined over $62,000.
Federal investigators said they found problems with basic, infection prevention protocols.
