State police in Butler responded to a domestic dispute on Sunset Drive Thursday night.
When police arrived on the scene, 51-year-old William Barbary of Butler was physically abusing a juvenile. During the investigation it was also found that Barbary exposed himself to a second victim. Police say the man then resisted arrest while being taken into custody.
He was transported to the Butler County Jail.
