We are tracking a few accidents on major roads this morning.
A portion of Route 19 near the Log Cabin Inn in Harmony has been shut down due to an accident. This happened around 7:30 a.m…crews say three people were injured in the crash—including two infants. The road is shut down between Southview Drive and Salt Works Road.
Route 228 is still shut down in between Mars High School and Route 8 for an accident that happened near Davis Road.
Crews are on the scene of an accident at the intersection of Route 68 and 528 near Evans City. It’s unclear how many vehicles were involved.
A section of Meridian Road in Butler Township is closed. A pickup truck went into a culvert near Powder Mill Road.
There are travel restrictions after a car hit a utility pole in the 300 block of Saxonburg Road in Jefferson Township. Drivers are advised to use alternative routes.
