A 17-year-old male is facing assault charges for allegedly throwing a cup of his urine on a faculty member of a local school for troubled youth.
The incident happened Wednesday at Summit Academy on Herman Road in Summit Township.
According to State Police, the teen from Johnstown threw the cup on a 25-year-old man from Saxonburg, who works at Summit Academy.
The academy is a private, residential school for court-adjudicated youth in grades 9-12.
