The Slippery Rock University football team climbed one place to number 10 in the NCAA Division II national poll released Monday by the American Football Coaches Association. The Rock defeated Lock haven over the weekend and host Gannon Saturday. Kick-off is 6:05pm. It will be the annual “White-Out Night” at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium.

Official White Out t-shirts are on sale now at the SGA Bookstore for just $5 for all sizes below 2XL and just $7 for 2XL and larger. A limited supply of shirts will also be available for sale at the game.
Shirts will be sold during business hours while supplies last leading up to the game and the bookstore has announced it will be open until kickoff (6 p.m.) Saturday.
The SGA Bookstore is located in the Robert Smith Student Center and is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday night’s game marks the first PSAC Western Division game of the year for both teams, which enter the game with matching 3-0 records. Slippery Rock will be attempting to continue the nation’s longest home winning streak, which currently stands at 18 straight games dating back to the final game of the 2012 season.
