The Pittsburgh Steelers defeated the Cincinnati Bengals 24-16 Sunday at Heinz Field.
Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger threw for three touchdowns in the game, and passed Vinny Testaverde for 12th on the NFL’s all-time career touchdown list. Tight ends Jesse James and Xavier Grimble caught two of the touchdowns, running back De’Angelo Williams the other. Williams had 94 yards on 32 carries. The Bengals outgained the Steelers in yardage, but the Steelers defense only allowed Cincinnati 46 yards rushing.
The Steelers visit Philadelphia this Sunday for a 4:25pm kick-off.
Division rival Baltimore remains tied with Steelers at 2-0 after they defeated the Cleveland Browns 25-20.
Sunday Night Football: Minnesota defeated Green Bay 17-14.
