A new art show at Slippery Rock University is underway with an opening reception scheduled for Wednesday.
The 2016-17 season at SRU’s Martha Gault Art Gallery opens with a show called Our Bodies Our Selves. The opening reception for this show begins at 5 p.m. and will continue until 7 p.m. on September 13th.
The exhibit will feature drawings and paintings from five nationally known professional artists including New Castle native and muralist Rabecca Signoriello.
This display will be on exhibit through September 29th. The Martha Gault Art Gallery is located in SRU’s Maltby Center and is open weekdays from noon to 5 p.m.
