Police arrested a man at a McDonald’s near Butler County after he was accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl from Ohio.
According to police, 33-year-old Daniel Kundrat of Pittsburgh started communicating with the girl online. Initially, he allegedly told her he was 18 and sent nude photos of himself. He later told her he was 33.
During their online interactions, Kundrat also asked the girl for nude photos.
On Aug. 10, police say Kundrat picked the girl up at her home in Columbus, Ohio and took her back to his house in Millvale.
When the girl’s mother reported her missing, the FBI began tracking her online activity. Eventually, they traced the activity to an IP address at a McDonald’s on Route 8 in Shaler.
Kundrat faces a long list of charges including statutory sexual assault.
