Police arrested a Beaver County man on Friday outside his home in Freedom, PA.
According to KDKA, 50-year-old Ralph Ruprecht is accused of luring underage girls to an apartment where they were allegedly raped. According to police, Ruprecht allegedly threatened to tell the girls parents and physically assaulted the girls to gain compliance.
He is facing charges of rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a minor, sexual exploitation of children and indecent assault. Ruprecht is being held in the Allegheny County Jail.
