A Petrolia man was hurt when another driver pulled into the path of his car.
The incident happened Friday about 5 p.m. at the intersection of Interstate 79 south and Route 422 Muddy Creek Township.
According to State Police, 32-year-old Micah Hiles of Petrolia was hurt when the other driver- 74-year-old Shirley Hazel of Florida- failed to yield and pulled out from a stop sign in front of him.
Hiles was taken to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh with unspecified injuries.
Hazel was not hurt but will be charged.
